Even the closest, most successful families can fall foul of seriously arguing over ideas. Conflict goes hand in hand with family business all over the world.. Don't let your precious family relationships become damaged because of something at work. The good news? You CAN resolve anything and I can help.
More often than not, everyone wants the same thing; what's best for the company and what's best for the family. But each person has their own way of getting there. I am a trained mediator and can help you have productive, fruitful conversations that (a) keep you all talking and stop any rows (b) move the business forward.

Well, I've been there. I know the balancing act it takes to keep family happy whilst also doing what's best commercially. The sleepless nights and the delicate handling of people who have been loyal for many years but are resistant to change. When it comes to working with an Advisor, you need someone who can be in the trenches with you.
Adventurer
I love to travel and trek. My Mother was a Chinese immigrant so I have always felt drawn to Asia to connect with my roots and to other extraordinary places around the globe. Each one of my treks have given me a new perspective on life, family and business. I'm always happy to share my experiences so please feel free to ask!
