Whether you hire me to work alongside you and your family members, the leadership team or the whole company, I am flexible and experienced.
For some of the families I guide it's about untangling the problems with family members first. For others, my goal is to encourage the whole team to become united and positive about a new leader. Realigning values and purpose, or enabling them to deal with significant and inevitable change.
Discovery Workshop
The workshops are often the most straightforward, low-pressure way to gather everyone in the same room together. Particularly when there has been some tension between family members or the business is gearing up for a big change.

It's normal for folk to be sceptical but, regardless of what's happening, I keep the workshop upbeat, positive and productive. We untangle any challenges and I ensure each person in the room has a chance to say their piece (even if they are usually reluctant).

You will be surprised at how much people will open up and talk to a complete stranger, simply because they appreciate being asked and feel like someone is listening.

In the weeks leading up to the Workshop, I will work with you to determine what you want to achieve out of the day itself. Plus how you would like everyone to move forward when they leave the session.
One-to-One Mentoring
Sometimes, a leader needs someone in their corner. A sounding board for big decisions, an outside perspective, someone not emotionally-involved in the company.

I am there for you. Only you. To challenge and help guide you as you navigate your company through the complexities; the ups and downs through your eyes. Whether it's family issues, growth, marketing, personal branding, leadership.... I'll be there every step of the way.
I also have an extensive, trusted network of experts we can call upon for specialist advice. People who can be a breath of fresh air and help you achieve your goals, which seem so out of reach at the moment.
Regular Coaching, Support & Strategy
More often than not, I will work with a family on a regular, monthly basis so that I can get them to a place which suits everyone. Things don't happen very quickly in family firms and, unless someone is driving it, things tend to lose momentum and fizzle out.
That's why having me as an external advisor, coach, consultant (whatever you want to call me!) is the most effective and productive way of making change happen. Someone to take charge of the project and make sure everyone is on board:
